- Please ensure the water machine has a 10cm gap at the rear to any walls to allow air to flow
- Please ensure the water machine is placed on a solid surface ie. there are no towels placed underneath it etc

- Reconnect your water machine
- Enter the menu and follow 'auto flush' process to refresh water
- Islolate the water machine from the power supply
- Contact Customer services to schedule a technical visit
- Use a soft cloth and lukewarm water to clean the body and a dry cloth to clean the control panel.
- Don’t use harsh detergents, concentrated cleaning fluids, solvents or abrasive cleaning aids
- Remember the water machine is connected to the electrics, so don’t get the back wet.
- If you'd like, you may purchase a sanitising kit. Suggested: Aqua Dosa S11 Sanitising Kit
- Press the EXTRA HOT button, and wait until the water BOILS
- DO NOT USE THE MACHINE FOR 30 mins
- Press the EXTRA HOT button and allow the water to BOIL again
- DO NOT USE THE MACHINE FOR another 30 mins
- Press the EXTRA HOT button and wait for the water to boil one last time
- Dispense TWO litres od water by pressing the HOT button. Air may be present in the system so a slight spluttering may occur.
- Check for clarity in the water
- REPEAT THIS PROCESS IF REQUIRED.
