Upon entering the email address associated with your Our Taap account, you will issued a personalized refferal link.
Invite your friends to order by sharing the link via email or social media.
As long as your friends use your unique link, they will see the Amazon Gift Card in their basket as to when they choose their Water System. The reward will also show on their email receipt.
Once their new Home Water System is installed. You'll both receive a £10 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card within 30 days via email. Remember, there is no limit on how many friends you can refer and how many Gift Cards you can earn.

We’ll email you your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card within 30 days of your friends Water System being installed. It’ll be sent to the email address you gave us when you registered. If you haven’t received your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card within this time, please contact us to ensure their order and installation was successful.

My friend is having trouble using a referral link, they cannot see it being added to the basket?
Make sure they are clicking your link to come to www.ourtaap.com and not coming directly or via a search engine. If they do this and once a Water System has been added to their basket they still cannot see the Gift Card in their basket then they should contact us.

Its been 30 days since my friends installation and I have not received the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card?
Please ask your friend to check their receipt email. If the Amazon Gift card is present on their conformation email and you have not received the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card after 30 days then please contact us via customerservice@ourtaap.com. If they do not see the Gift card on their conformation email the promotion has not been used and will not qualify.
